Shipping Information

[K-packet] operated by post office have poor performance because number of flights has decreased after the coronavirus, 

so delivery time is about 3-4 weeks. (It may be delayed further depending on the circumstances of each country.)

However, in case of [DHL], delivery is completed within a week in most countries.

If you want to receive it quickly, we recommend [DHL].

Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. These charges are buyer’s responsibility.

If customer refuses to pay customs tax and is returned to Korea, it is customer's fault, 

so we will give you a partial refund excluding shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

All of our products from [buyK] are shipped from Korea.

Every order is usually shipped out within 3 business day from receiving your order. 

If shipping delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 48 hours.

Customers can choose shipping method based on destination country. (K-Packet / DHL)

We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Simple change of mind for customers without defects in the product is not refundable 

If customer wants a refund, customer must pay the full shipping charge.

When products you sent arrives at us, we will proceed with a refund except for the delivery fee.
