Every order is usually shipped out within 2~3 business day from receiving the order.
If a shipping delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 48 hours.

Final package weight includes protective wrapping and box.
The shipping system automatically calculates total product and package weight at checkout.

Customers can choose shipping method based on destination country. (K-Packet / DHL)

We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

[K-packet] operated by post office have poor performance because the number of flights has decreased after the coronavirus, so delivery time is about 2-4 weeks.

However, DHL ships most orders within a week after we ship them.
If you want it quickly, We recommend that you use DHL.

Taxes are not paid when you pay in buyK.kr.

Customs duties are paid to your country's customs office.
Customs in your country can contact you after we send your order.

Customs in each country have different duty-free limits.
You may be charged customs tax according to the tax base of each country.

These days, many countries often impose tariffs.
Although we have written your order at a lower price to undervalue, you may be subject to customs tax according to customs standards in each country has.

It is a rule for the buyer to pay customs taxes.
If you are not planning to pay customs taxes, we recommend you not to place an order.

If you refuse to pay taxes and return it to Korea, the delivery fee will be charged twice and we will pay a very high delivery fee.
In this case, you will get a partial refund except for the delivery fee when you get a refund.

If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number and shipping address for faster processing. Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been packed, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout. It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout. Kindly note that emailing us to change an address does not guarantee address change. Address change is not completed until you receive email confirmation from an agent that has handled your request.

Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home, and you may receive your package within 24 hours after your tracking has updated to “delivered.” If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact us at help!
